Can I get a 14-day free trial for a single user license?

Sorry we only offer free trails for companies looking to purchase more than 10 licenses.

Can I expense my premium membership to my company?

Companies find our platform so valuable that they’ll pay for their employees’ memberships. At the end of your purchase, you’ll receive the receipt in your email that you can use to file an expense report. Pay directly with your credit card and get reimbursed or use your companies credit card to expense it.

Is there a set-up fee?

No, we do not charge a set-up fee. We also provide training free of charge.

How will I know when a new course is published?

As a member of our community you will get an email each time we publish a new course with the course code. All courses can be viewed from the main navigation using the courses link.

How often do you publish new training content?

We typically publish two new accredited courses to our platform every month, microlearning videos weekly and new content is posted to our community daily.

Do I get a certificate when I complete a course?

A final certificate of completion will be issued to you once you successfully complete the final exam of the course. You can either store the certificate in your account or download a PDF version.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes absolutely, once you create your online account you have total control of your subscription. You can stop and start the auto-renewal subscription whenever you want…no strings attached.

What are the minimum computer requirements to access the training.

All you need is a modern web browser with Flash enabled and an internet connection and you’re all set.
