Enabling You to Deliver Continuous
Compliance & Regulatory Training Seamlessly

Our team of experts specialize in effectively guiding your transition to deliver our training
content to your workforce. From delivering to a single site or deployments globally
to thousands of learners – our team is ready to help every step of the way.

Delivery Options

We understand that every organization is unique and has different technological
requirements on how they want to deliver training effectively. We have four different deployment
options that can be used to ensure this process is smooth and efficient.

Our deployment options include:

Option 1

Our LMS

Get your own dedicated branded cloud LMS with only your users completely managed by our team. Our cloud based LMS has been designed to be quick to set-up, deliberately simple and infinitely scalable. Our team of experts will ensure the configuration and initial set up is done so you are getting maximum value from day one. That coupled with our amazing support will ensure ongoing success.

Our deployment options include:

  • Course Library
  • Users & Groups
  • Create Courses
  • Learning Paths
  • Global Reporting
  • CEU Accreditation
  • Instructor Led Training
  • Exams & Certification
  • SCORM & xAPI
  • Gamification
  • Mobile Compatibility
  • 24/7 Support
Option 2

Your LMS

We understand that many organizations have existing learning management systems in place
and don’t want to introduce a new system. This option allows you to upload our training
content directly to your LMS and thus ensure business continuity.

We support the following file formats for any LMS:

  • SCORM 2004
  • SCORM 1.2
  • TIN CAN API
  • AICC
  • HTML5

With this option all content will be accessible through your own dedicated encrypted file sharing location
ensuring that you will always have access to updates and customizations when they are released.

Hands down working with LearnGxP has been one of the best
engagements we have had in over 18 years of managing vendor
course content and relationships – their unique ability to align
with our global systems was the icing on the cake!

Option 4

API

Our API allows you to automate lots of other actions, like updating, deleting, or exporting lists
of users. The API allows you to create courses, enroll users on to courses, and get a list of their progress
statuses – all automatically. This data can then be managed together in one central location.
And you can use the data to build reports or keep users in sync.

The Key to Success

Each API has a set of credentials used by admins and developers
known as keys. These keys are similar to a username and password
pair that allows developers to use the API to interact with the data
in your LMS. In this context, ‘interact’ describes actions such as
creating, updating, deleting, or retrieving data.

Speed Up with Automation

Our API can speed up processes by automating time-consuming
manual steps. Without an API, if you’re an admin creating a user in
your LMS, you need to log in, access the create user screen, fill in a
form and click save. Or instead, your developer can simply code an
API to automatically create users based on rules relevant to your
needs. The API frees admins from managing the process manually
or via batch file uploads. It’s that simple!

How To Decide Between SSO & API

Still unsure if you should implement an API or SSO?

These three questions will help you to decide if you should go with either, both, or neither types of integration

If Yes, then you need SSO. Once you implement SSO, users will only need one set of credentials to access all applications. If you
decide to use SSO in this context, you could include an “Access my Learning” button on your website or intranet. Once users
click the button, they will be transported into the LMS to launch and complete their training, without needing to log in again.

If No, then you do not need SSO. You may still need an API, depending on your answers to the two questions below.
