Accessibility Questions

We already have Vault Training (VT). How can we access this training?

This makes the process really simple as we can upload all of this training directly to your Vault.

All you need is to have SCORM enabled in VT. A simple change control can cover that.

Once enabled, our customer success team can seamlessly upload the library or we can provide fast uploader sheets if you want to do it yourself.

We don’t have Vault Training (VT). How can we access this training?

We support third-party Learning Management Systems (LMS), so if you would prefer to have our training content on your existing LMS, we will support this too.

Can we get access to any of the content before we purchase?

Yes, the LearnGxP team can provide a 7-day free trial which can be activated after the 30-minute demo.

Do you offer courses in different languages?

All of our courses are given in English, but we do have in-house translation services on a per project basis.

Our translation service localizes custom or existing courses into a target language, so that your entire workforce can effectively participate in critical training, regardless of their location and native language.

What does your certification mean?

Our courses meet the professional certification and continuing education requirements for participants seeking Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in accordance with the rules & regulations of the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET). IACET is an international authority that evaluates programs according to strict, research-based criteria and guidelines. The CEU is an internationally accepted uniform unit of measurement in qualified courses of continuing education.

How will I know when a new course is published?

As a member of our community, you will get an email each time we publish a new course with the course code. All courses can be viewed from the main navigation using the courses link.

Course updates will also be announced via the Veeva LearnGxP LinkedIn page.

Do you offer courses in different languages?

Is there a set-up fee?

No, we do not charge a set-up fee. We also provide training free of charge.

Content Questions

Can we make customizations?

Yes, you can! Customizations are done as a contract service and require a Statement of Work (SOW). To learn more about our customization process, follow this link: https://learngxp.com/service/course-customization/.

How often do the courses get updated?

Our internal team and our global network of Subject Matter Experts(SME’s) continually track industry trends and changes to regulations. Once we are aware of any changes we update our content accordingly and publish the new versions. Other content refreshes occur based on changes to our eLearning best-practices and client feedback.

Who writes the content for the courses?

We have a global network of Subject Matter Experts(SME’s) who we work with to develop the courses & ensure they align with our accredited process.

How do the quizzes work?

At the end of a course the user will test their knowledge by taking a short, 10 question quiz. They will have 3 attempts to attain an 80% passing score.

Do I get a certificate when I complete a course?

A final certificate of completion will be issued to you once you successfully complete the final exam of the course. You can either store the certificate in your account or download a PDF version.

How often do you publish new training content?

We typically publish two new accredited courses to our platform every month, and new content is posted to our community daily.

*Our roadmap is driven 100% by our customers, so every course now in production has been requested by them.*

What are the minimum computer requirements to access the training?

All you need is a modern web browser with Flash enabled and an internet connection and you’re all set.

I keep getting 0% when I take an exam, is there something wrong?

When this happens it usually means that Flash is not enabled in your browser.
