Our courses are developed in English, then translated.
The course version located in any translated course represents the English course version that the course was translated from.
If a translated course’s English source undergoes a MAJOR update, the translated course update will be expedited to occur within the quarter.
If a translated course’s English source undergoes a MINOR update the translated course counterpart will be updated by the end of December for that year.
The LearnGxP portfolio is dynamic. It contains both silver, legacy courses from our time as Learnaboutgmp, and our latest and greatest VeevaLearnGxP, gold courses.
What is our strategy to turn silver into gold? Course Redesigns. These courses are designed to reflect our course standards today. High quality, concise, engaging courses.
Want to learn more about our course standards? Reach out to your Learning Strategy Consultant, we would happy to give you an overview.
Course updates are announced monthly in the course newsletter and listed on the website under Revision History for each course.
Additionally, there is a ‘Version History’ page within each course.
Version Number = v.X.Y
X = Major version
This indicates there was a change to the course that impacts the technical content or the ability to pass the assessment.
Example: a new version of a regulation or important change to existing regulation, or, an issue with a quiz setting.
Y= Minor version
The minor version indicates a minor change to the course.
Example: a change to design, minor typo fix, course bug fix.
Example: v2.1
This course has undergone one major change, so the major version was increased from v1.0 to v.2.0.
This course has had one minor change, so the minor version was increased from v2.0 to v2.1.

It also contains helpful information such as our course development roadmap and communications about retired courses. This is a temporary way of hosting this information while we work on updating our website to contain all of this information in an easy, accessible format.
At the end of a course the user will test their knowledge by taking a short quiz that is 5 or 10 questions long.
A final certificate of completion will be issued to you once you successfully complete the final exam of the course. You can either store the certificate in your account or download a PDF version. This feature is available to all Vault Training Customers.
