Fundamentals Series

The Fundamentals of Quality Control

Quality control, or QC, plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Without QC, we do not know if products are safe and effective for patients. In this course we are going to examine what quality control is, the responsibilities of QC, and the differences between quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA). After learning about the basics of QC we will follow the quality control process through raw materials testing, in process testing, and finished process testing.
