In this course, we’ll discuss lab notebooks and logbooks. These are commonly used when a form is impractical and it’s best to keep a running log of data. We’ll also examine the various aspects of using and managing logbooks, including elements of a logbook, supporting procedures, keep on-site, entering data, reviewing recorded data, retrieving logbooks, logbook auditing, signature blocks, page numbering, avoid gaps and attachments & print-outs.
