The Challenge: A Change in Training Direction
This small biotechnology research company began their LearnGxP journey as a Full Library customer using their own LMS.
- Initial goal: Learning & Development team set a goal to create role-based training this year.
- Current assets: Most of their existing eLearning content focused on their SOPs and internal software.
- Streamlined onboarding: L&D began the work to streamline onboarding training for new hires, focusing on base knowledge of GxP documentation requirements for inspection readiness.
- A change in direction: The Head of Quality asked that all GCP and GxP employees – about half the organization – receive introductory training on GxP, a topic that L&D didn’t have training for.
The Solution: An Extensive Library
Fortunately, they had access to the entire LearnGxP library of training.
- Rapid onboarding: L&D was able to rapidly deploy an onboarding course and microlearning video content for 150 learners.
- LearnGxP library: Using the LearnGxP library greatly reduced the time and resources needed for the small L&D team to develop their first corporate instructor-led onboarding training program.
The Impact: Growing Success
By using the LearnGxP corporate compliance training and microlearning videos, they were able to create an engaging and interactive learning experience.
- Building on success: The team built on the momentum by launching two LearnGxP eLearning courses on Good Documentation Practice the Fundamentals of GxP in a Regulated Environment.
- More LearnGxP content: The team is excited to continue to implement more LearnGxP content as their training program grows.
