Inspect the hand area of the glove, check the fingertips, between fingers, palm area of the glove, and the back of glove.

Examine the Wrist

Next, examine the wrist of the glove and along the length of the arm up around the elbow.

Also perform a thorough examination of the top of the glove at the O-ring.

Investigate Glove Hole Leaks

Any detected glove hole leaks need to be investigated, particularly after use, and impact and risk assessments related to risks of contaminating the Grade A process environment – and potentially sterile product – completed.

Sterility Tests

Further data from environmental monitoring and sterility tests should also be reviewed when considering the potential impact on product contamination.
